Does The Thrive Programme® really work?
I believe in help being practical, resulting in you having the skills you need to create positive and lasting change in your life.
The Thrive Programme® is an evidence-based psychological training programme that teaches people the tools, skills and resources needed to take control of their thoughts, feelings, emotions and behaviours.
Learning to understand your mind enables a person to thrive in life. It’s very difficult to take control of your mind if you don’t understand it!
The Thrive Programme® is particularly effective in dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, panic attacks, stress, emetophobia (fear of being sick), eating disorders, stress management, phobias, low self confidence, addictions and weight issues. One of the main questions I get asked is; “Fiona, why and how do people get such brilliant results from going through The Thrive Programme®? What’s the magic secret?. Click here for more.”
I am available wherever you are. I offer face to face sessions and I work online via FaceTime, Skype or any video link services.
I offer sessions that fit into your life and allow you more freedom to choose who you work with.
In London, you can find me at one of my clinics either in Kings Cross (North London), Central London or my South London clinic in Battersea. I am as flexible as possible and offer a variety of options. Perhaps a breakfast appointment or a lunchtime slot where you can fit the sessions alongside work. Or post work on your way home.
If you are from further afield, working online is just as effective through FaceTime or Skype, so don't let location get in the way of you living the life you deserve.
Is online effective? The free consultation is a good space for you to see how it feels for you.
It can be daunting to make that initial contact, despite initial nerves most clients leave the consultation feeling much happier.
If you are interested in talking a little bit and finding out more, please do call - I'd be happy to talk with you even if you are just exploring options right now. I offer a free, no obligation consultation and I'm very approachable. I understand it's often not easy deciding what intervention is right for you, so the consultation allows me to find out about you and explain how I can help you. And it's your opportunity to get to know me a little, and ask me questions.
During the consultation, I will help you to understand why you have the symptoms or issues that you do, so it will be clearer for you to understand how I can help you overcome them.
If you’ve read this far then I’m sure you have a question or two for me – so let’s have a quick chat. Get in touch for your chance to find out more.
