Not only will you be guided and coached through the programme supportively, there are frequent quizzes and goals set that will allow you to be able to really assess your progress. EMETOPHOBIA EFFECTIVENESS

You may or may not have heard of emetophobia (indeed it may be something you are consulting for). Emetophobia is a pathological (phobia) fear of being sick. This can cover the person themselves and/or others. It encompasses a wide range of symptoms and behaviours t hat can really impact a person's life. I take a lot of people through successfully for emetophobia. One of the reasons people with emetophobia have struggled hugely with overcoming (not managing) their phobia is because it is one of the hardest psychological issues to overcome with traditional therapies (and notably CBT which would be the standard recommendation) until they reach Thrive.
