Thrive Top Up / Individual Sessions
A single 75-90 minute session for those who have already purchased the Manual £195.
You may wish to devote the session to kickstarting your journey on the Programme, or it can be used for guidance and support with specific parts of the programme.
If, after having done the kickstarter session, you decide you would like to continue to do the rest of the programme with me, the cost of the kickstarter session will be deducted from the full course price.
How to pay
Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer. Paypal is accepted but a transaction fee will be added to the fee.
Instalment payment options are available for those are unable to pay the full price at the outset.
The initial consultation however is free of charge so if you would like to discuss any aspect of the Thrive Programme and whether it's the right choice for you. I'd be more than happy to answer any questions you have in advance of any commitment.
Cancellations
Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend your appointment for a session or consultation. Cancellations after this will be subject to full payment for the session.
